Women, Worship and Work
Where biblical truth meets real life.
Finding Truth
Matters of Fact
When we as women learn and apply the truths of our individual reality, coupled with God’s perfect perspective, we have the opportunity to flourish in our purpose.
At Women, Worship and Work, we believe there are eight Matters of Fact to balance in our life and truths backed in God’s word, allowing us to thrive.
If you are not growing, you are dying.
"If you are not growing, you are dying." - John Maxwell It’s time to live, my friend. Have you ever walked through a hard season in life, come out the other side, looked back and thought “I grew so much!” When I think about my life and the lives of those around me, I...
Welcome to Parenting… Godspeed.
Ever wondered... how to parent as a Christian? What does the Bible say about parenting? I like to control everything I can (shout out to my fellow perfectionists). I work hard to sow well, in hopes that I can reap the benefits later. One day I woke up and realized......
Navigating Hard Seasons: Finding Confidence in Christ
Here's a truth for you: Life is hard. My "hard" is life as a working momma. Several years ago, I walked into parenting and a new level of leadership in the corporate world at the same time, and I was not at all ready for this new season. I felt blindsided and berated...
Self-Health: Embracing Your God-Given Beauty
A few years ago, I started down a life-changing path centered around investing in myself and ensuring my habits were Biblical. This resulted in a perspective shift I wasn’t expecting... What I learned very quickly was: The way you see, treat, and honor yourself...

Hi, I'm Stefani!
The founder and coach behind Women, Worship and Work. A few years ago, while sitting on an airplane for my twentieth trip of the year, flying from one coast to another, I found myself exhausted, struggling and frustrated. Late at night, trying to get home, sitting between two other passengers, I grabbed a note pad and started to write down truths I wish I would have known before entering what was at the time, the most desperate season of my life.
